About the Team
The Compliance team at OKX cultivates the company’s compliance culture. We’re risk-minded problem-solvers advising on regulatory obligations and enterprise risk. The Token Listings team specializes in conducting due diligence for tokens under consideration for exchange listings.
About the Opportunity
As a Compliance Analyst, you’ll support token listing reviews by:
- Evaluating project teams, product use cases, and associated risks.
- Collaborating with Legal, Risk, and Listing teams.
- Staying updated on crypto trends, regulations, and emerging protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform due diligence on tokens and issuer teams.
- Assist in developing policies and frameworks for token reviews.
- Identify compliance risks and consult with stakeholders.
- Present findings to senior leaders to guide product support for digital assets.
What We Look For
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in compliance/risk roles (financial services, FinTech, or crypto).
- Knowledge: Understanding of financial regulations, AML/CFT requirements, and consumer risks.
- Skills: Analytical, deadline-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior crypto compliance/legal/risk experience.
- Certifications like CAMS or PMI.
