Investor Instructions

Creating an Asset Management Sub-Account

  1. After logging in, select Sub-Account under your profile icon.
  2. Choose Create Sub-Account.
  3. Configure:

    • Login ID & Password
    • Account Type: Asset Management Sub-Account
    • Customization: Adjust settings as preferred
  4. Click Submit.

Linking Sub-Account to a Trading Team

  1. Click Link Trading Team Account.
  2. Enter the trading team’s UUID (provided by them).
  3. Upload a signed binding agreement (supplied by the trading team).
  4. Confirm binding. Status will update to Under Custody.

Transferring Funds to the Sub-Account

  1. Navigate to Funds Transfer.
  2. Select the cryptocurrency and amount.
  3. Confirm the transfer.

Unlinking the Sub-Account

Automatic Unlinking

(Default: Disabled)

  1. Go to OperationsSub-Account SettingsEnable Auto-Unlink.
  2. Set a threshold or alerts for notifications.
  3. When funds meet the threshold, the account unbinds automatically.

Manual Unlinking

  1. Select Under CustodyUnbind.
  2. Enter SMS + Google Authenticator codes.
  3. Post-unlink, the Link Trading Team Account option reappears.

Deleting the Sub-Account

(Recommended if unused)

  1. Under Operations, choose Delete Sub-Account.
  2. Enter Google Authenticator code to confirm.

Trading via Sub-Accounts

  1. Log in → Navigate to API.
  2. Select Client Accounts → Choose sub-account → Apply for V5 API.
  3. Refer to API documentation for trading workflows.

Managing Investor View Permissions

  1. Under Sub-Accounts, select Client Accounts.
  2. Go to OperationsSub-Account Settings.
  3. Adjust Transaction History Settings per contractual agreements.
